This flexible solution—often called a “working interview”—allows companies to test candidates before hiring permanently.
Applicants report to our office, where we handle all employment paperwork, including tax forms and drug screening. During the trial period, the individual remains on our payroll, helping employers reduce liability and overhead during onboarding.
As the employer of record, we manage:

Our work week runs Monday through Sunday, and employees are paid weekly by direct deposit, pick-up, or mail.
