At Jean Simpson Personnel Services, we believe in supporting the overall well-being of our employees. We offer a variety of Health Benefits to meet our employee's needs, with coverage typically beginning within two weeks of starting your first assignment.
All coverage options are payroll-deducted, so while benefits are available from the time of registration, they only go into effect once you're officially on assignment and have received pay through Jean Simpson Personnel.

Who's Eligiable for Coverage?
Plans are available to employees working through our Shreveport, LA and Longview, TX offices.
You must begin working and receive your first paycheck to activate benefits.
You must remain on our payroll to continue deductions and maintain coverage.
