Our clients provide a detailed job description and any other requirements pertaining to the open position such as salary range and benefits. Unlike our Temp-to-Full Time hiring process, with Direct-Hire, you get an added bonus of FREE background checks, drug screens, credit checks, MVR’s and education verification as applicable to the position. All of our applicants are tested on basic computer skills as well as on additional computer software as dictated by the job description (i.e. Quick-books for accounting positions).
Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. also offers software testing to client companies for a fee.
