Unlike our Temp-to-Full-Time model, Direct-Hire services include complimentary background checks, drug screens, credit checks, motor vehicle reports, and education verifications as applicable to the role. Testing Process

As an employer, you can feel confident that the applicants we submit for consideration have the software skills required in the job description provided. All of our applicants are tested on basic computer skills as well as on additional computer software as dictated by the job description (i.e. Quick-books for accounting positions).  

Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc.  also offers software testing to client companies for a fee.
