Client in need of a full time facility maintenance person (prefers someone from Hospital, School or Nursing Home type maintenance setting). Must have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Will be doing light plumbing (such as fixing toilets, installing faucets), moving furniture and chair settings for events, change light bulbs, air filters, light fixtures, light maintenance. Also need to be willing to jump on the lawn mower or get on the roof to check for leaks if needed.
Client is looking for someone Long-Term, someone with good people skills and someone who is good at getting things done without being asked!
Pay Range $15 - 17/hour DOE. Great job for the right person!
