Licensed Electrician:
• Completion and proof of technical training (QE-Qualified Employee), Journeyman Electrical card.
• 3-5 years field and commercial experience.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Work experience on high voltage systems.
• Ability to input and gather computer data.
• Must be able to work well with all members of the Engineering Department as well as all other department members.
Licensed Plumber:
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, and plumbing.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must have plumbing license or obtain one.
Carpenter:
• 3-5 years’ experience in field and commercial areas.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
• Proficiency in stain-grade trim work, hang doors, drill and set door hardware, set windows, layout for stairs and common rafters, read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills are necessary to do material estimates.
• Ability to input and gather computer data.
