NW Louisiana SHRM Represents in DC and our Britney Ratcliff was one of three HR Professionals sent. She was joined by Brooke Farmer and Renee Irby from the Shreveport Chapter. They gathered with additional SHRM representatives from all over the country to advocate for YOU and were able to meet with two Senators and one Representative to discuss HR related work relations and upcoming bills. They also attended the SHRM Volunteers Business Meeting and met HR representative from all over. It was a great opportunity to collaborate and make connections all of the US! We were excited to have Jean Simpson Personnel represented in DC and proud of Britney for taking part in such a great event!
