A Hands Only CPR course was given by the American Heart Association and CHRISTUS Highland earlier this week and one of our staff members, Angel Scott, attended. The class taught the proper use of an AED life saving device as well as taught CPR. Angel shared she was "very intimidated when first presented with an AED device but the staff of the Heart Association and CHRISTUS really made it easy to know what to do. I hope and pray I'm never in a situation to have to use an AED or administer CPR but now I know I can properly."
