FREE Customer Service Training:
Providence House and Bossier Parish Community College’s (BPCC) Workforce Development Program is proud to launch Customer Service Training.
This three day course will begin July 20th – July 22nd and is open to the public. Classes will be held at 5pm each night and FREE childcare is available for children 0-13 years old.
This is the perfect opportunity to gain those critical skills that will land high demand, high paying jobs. All training will be completed by BPCC professors at the Providence House Education Center (825 Cotton Street, Shreveport, LA 71101). This educational opportunity is a great way to get on a the road to economic recovery!
