Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. (an employment service that provides contract employees) is now recruiting candidates who live in Northwest Louisiana and East Texas for work from home Customer Service Representatives for AEP Swepco.
Compensation for Customer Service Representative:
Pay $16.25, with shift differential available after training.
Schedule:
6 to 8 weeks of virtual training beginning on May 2, 2022
After training, a consistent schedule of full-time shifts anytime Monday-Sunday between 7:00 am - 12:00 am.
Responsibilities:
You will be taking Inbound calls inquiring about establishing service, billing, or service outages.
Our Customer Service Representatives must quickly analyze customer inquiries and help resolve issues and requests.
Requirements:
You must have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and two or more years working in complex customer service.
You should have a stable work history, High school diploma, or GED and be authorized to work in the United States.
You must live within 50 miles of the call center located in Shreveport, LA, and be available to work in the call center if necessary due to loss of internet or power at your home.
You must have high-speed, home internet service and a quiet workspace available (AEP Swepco supplies the computer equipment only.)
