Job Title/Position: Kennel Technician I/Administrative Assistant
Requires Three (3) years experience in an animal services environment preferred; one (1) year minimum.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must possess a Louisiana State Certified Euthanasia Technician Certificate (CAET) or be able to obtain certification within (1) year from date of hire.
General computer skills required (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Facebook, etc.)
The ability to provide humane treatment to animals, custodial care, adoption or euthanasia of animals within standard operating guidelines and policies.
