Local company is searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated Talent Acquisition & Development Leader to attract and acquire the best talent according to the requirements and needs of the company, as well as coordinate talent development initiatives
Will be responsible for selection and recruitment of employees, diagnosis tools, feedback reviews & development of agendas. Design and implement the process of attraction, recruitment, and selection based on internal customer requirements. Conduct full life cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions according to guidelines. Execute the onboarding process of all new hires, manage testing evaluations, coordinate the talent development process including executing individual development plans, feedback, competencies, and succession plans. Conduct exit interviews and generate required reports.
HEAVY Professional and Manufacturing Recruiting work experience required!
MUST have a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Management, Business, or HR plus a minimum of 5 years recent experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Development, or HR
