Operations Manager:

Direct-Hire | Starts at a minimum of $90k + great employee benefits

General Purpose: Oversee organizational and implement improvements and procedures to utilize the potential of an increase in the profit margin and reduce department costs for the Corporation.

General Skills Required/Desired: Basic knowledge of using and operating computer hardware and excel; power point, outlook and word computer software; ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company, be physically fit and be able to complete all assigned work efficiently, knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance contracts and replacement; motivated and possess time management skills and be able to meet targets; make decisions.

Operations Manager Duties:

  • Manage and review department for efficiency, needs and organization.
  • Manage and assist department managers with hiring and training programs
  • Implement job descriptions when needed
  • Inspiring and motivating employees to perform through positive encouragement and incentives
  • Identifying problems and working with department managers to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency
  • Analyzing department budgets to create ways to minimize expenses and increase profits
  • Assist the Purchasing Department with the Inventory Control
  • Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity levels
  • Report to the President on upcoming events and meetings
  • Make decisions regarding the repairs and maintenance of the vehicles and building expenses
  • Assists the Purchasing Department with major purchases, equipment and vehicles
  • Work directly with our IT support to keep all programs updated including cyber security software
