Local organization is in need of an experienced Financial Analyst with a minimum of 3 years recent analyst experience, bank reconciliations, and balancing ledgers.
Must be able to review new contracts renewals and amendments, grants and other documentation related to program and funding compliance requirements. Provide assistance to personnel as it pertains to compliance, reporting or other funding source requirements. Manage Accounts Receivable systems for government revenue streams, including research and collection of unpaid balances, and financial statement analysis and distribution to relevant staff and funding sources.
Must be be able to perform reconciliations for balance sheet general ledger accounts to independent supporting sources and/or subsidiary ledgers. Prepare journal entries with required supporting documentation. Assist in preparation of financial statement reporting and other external reporting.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and Accounting software (will be tested)
Government or Non-profit experience preferred.
