Local company is in searching for an responsible, reliable Eligibility Representative.  All staff within the area is cross trained in all phases of the department. Areas of responsibilities include the following:

  • Eligibility (includes enrollments, terminations, HIPAA, and ID card tracking)
  • For fully insured products, this may include enrolling outside vendor websites
  • COBRA Compliance (includes issuance of proper paperwork as well as producing monthly invoices and tracking payments)
  • Billing (includes running monthly client billings and plan census verification)
  • For fully insured products, this includes reconciling to outside vendor billings and verifying that all credits are being issued
  • Eligibility Supplements (includes managing supplemental coverage such as life insurance and disability)
  • Compliance (includes assisting clients on leaves of absences, FMLA or other circumstance for the member to be not actively at work)
  • Healthcare Reform (includes insuring the client follows new requirements of the Affordable Care Act, applicable to their plan.)

Pay Rate: $ 12.00
Operation: M-Thurs 9-5, Friday 9-3 w/ possibility to work until 5 on Friday
You are required to do overtime in the 4th quarter and possibly the 1st quarter.

Must be able to communicate well verbally and written. Have a positive attitude, good with problem solving, data entry, self-motivated team player and must be able to take constructive criticism.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word (will be tested) . Basic level of internet and email.
