Our service allows you the opportunity to have a working interview and evaluate our applicant before hiring them onto your payroll. All qualified applicants are given an aptitude test and interviewed . Criminal Background checks and an In House Drug Screen can be done upon request at the client’s expense.
Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. conducts an aptitude test on our industrial applicants consisting of basic math, tape measure and proof-reading. We also administer orientation videos to our applicants provided by our clients prior to employment.
