Human Resource Manager: HR position with an industry leading manufacturer. Two locations with 400+ employees.
The Human Resources Manager is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support.
Administration of employee benefit plans
Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures
Maintains employee handbook and department records/reports
Partners with senior management on objectives and goals
Bachelor’s degree in related field
10-15+ years of progressive experience in HR roles
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Manufacturing environment experience
SHRM or other HR Certifications
Executive Admin w/Accounting:
Requires 4 yr. degree (preferably in Accounting), Excel & QB experience.
Position Details: Front-of-house, phones, Assist HR and payroll, AP/AR, collections, monthly closing assistance, sales & use tax, working w/ budget, check timecards, scheduling shifts, customer service, planning events/mtgs./travel, ordering supplies, entering POs & tickets, occasional errands/customer. visits/airport pick-up. No pet allergies (company dog around sometimes).
