Jean Simpson Personnel Services, Inc. is proud to do as much as we can to insure our applicants can do what they claim. Whether you’re an applicant or an employer, you can depend on us to consider the needs of all parties involved. We do our best to recommend those available that most closely match the requirements requested.

We currently offer free in-house software testing to qualified registered applicants. For details on our testing software, click here.

As an applicant, you will be tested on the software with which you have experience in order to obtain a baseline skill level.

As an employer, you can feel confident that the applicants we submit for consideration have the software skills required in the job description provided. When you contact us looking for someone with a certain skill set, we search our database to identify that applicant and proceed from there.

Jean Simpson Personnel Services also offers software testing to client companies for a nominal fee. This option comes in handy when you have a potential candidate that you found on your own, considering an in-house promotion and want to make sure the skill set of your current employee is at the level required of that position. For more information on our testing only component, please contact our office.

We also often recommend the option of running a criminal background check, credit check, drug screen and MVR as applicable to the job. Depending upon the hiring route chosen, there may or may not be a charge for these added services. Feel free to discuss this further with the placement specialist handling your account.
