It's your first impression to not only the hiring manager, but also to potential co-workers like the oh so trusted receptionist (believe me, she'll let them know if she doesn't like you). Always, always, always be ready to make a good first impression from the time you speak to the company on the phone to walking through their doors...this counts for Jean Simpson Personnel applicants too! Make sure you have an updated resume in hand, dress professionally (always better to over dress than under dress), and treat each and every person you meet on the premises respectfully.

A Merry CHRISTmas indeed!
A Merry CHRISTmas was indeed had by all of our staff this past weekend as we were treated to a day in Natchitoches to explore, consume lots of delicious food and take in the fireworks! We tried to capture pictures of everyone but with 30 people scattered about at any given time, there may be a few missing. Hope you enjoy! We sure did! Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Needed
Lead for Maintenance Department. MUST have at least 5 years experience in industrial maintenance & at least 3 years supervisory experience. Technical certification from trade school OR bachelors degree in related field preferred. MUST be capable of troubleshooting equipment, able to read electrical prints, knowledgeable of mechanical systems. PLC experience a PLUS! Schedule: 7am-4pm. GREAT benefits!!
