Job Interviews are SO IMPORTANT! It's your first impression to not only the hiring manager, but also to potential co-workers like the oh so trusted receptionist (believe me, she'll let them know if she doesn't like you). Always, always, always be ready to make a good first impression from the time you speak to the company on the phone to walking through their doors...this counts for Jean Simpson Personnel applicants too!
