Good morning! Our Clerical Division is looking for an Experienced HR Administrative Assistant that is fluent in Spanish. Details below...
Duties:
*performs reception duties including greeting visitors, vendors and applicants.
*review all staffing agency timecards
*verify all staffing invoices
*schedule drug screens
*make sure employee files are kept current
*assist with planning and set-up Quarterly luncheons and Employee Events
*Assists in open enrollment process annually
*back up payroll department as needed.
*Process all outgoing mail
Required skills:
~MUST be FLUENT in ENGLISH and SPANISH!!
~Proficient in WD, XL and PowerPoint
~Excellent oral and written communication.
~Detail oriented
~Excellent multi-tasking
1 to 3 years in an Administrative Assistant role; preferably in manufacturing
Pay is $15/hour to $18/hour DOE

Several AutoCAD Positions:
1) Drafting/Design, Steel Fabrication and Industrial Engineering background a plus. Work closely with Application Engineers and inside coordinators to produce structural AutoCAD drawings in 2D and 3D. Plan layout for CNC machines. Reverse engineer parts in order to create electronic drawings. Detail oriented and able to work in a face paced environment. Some college or vocational training important.

2) Proficient in AutoCAD 2010 or newer. Exp. w/ Autodesk Inventor/Product Design Suite is a plus. Exp. 3D modeling software is a plus. Handle incoming CAD dept. inquiries. Review drawing requests for completeness. Prepare Art, Die, Fabrication, and Submittal types of drawings.
