Direct-Hire Payroll/Bookkeeping Positions Available NOW!
We have four clients in need of applicants with PAYROLL, A/P & A/R experience in addition to the following:
Position #1: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience and understand the Cash Flow Process. Excel proficiency is required but QuickBooks is NOT. There is a lot of room for growth and advancement with this large, continually expanding company.
Position #2: Requires A/P, General Ledger & QuickBooks proficiency. Accounting CS software is a huge plus. Overtime will be required during tax season.
Position #3: Small 3-5 person Oil & Gas Company seeking someone experienced in Roughneck software to do Joint Interest Billing, Royalty Check Distribution, Year end 1099’s and Production Reporting.
Position #4: Excel & APS Software proficiency is required! Must have a minimum of 2 years Payroll + Benefits experience for multiple companies. Seeking a mature, professional, customer-service oriented individual that can maintain confidentiality and multi-task well.
