Small construction office in West Monroe looking for an Office Manager and Administrative Assistant for the Project Manager. Starting pay $18/hour. Benefits offered upon hire.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assisting Project Manager with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Arranging all travel arrangements
  • Coordinate calendars of multiple parties to arrange executive meetings
  • Maintain booked work spreadsheets
  • Review contracts/orders
  • Oversee Office personnel
  • Prep for all meetings
